  • Digital Products: Digital goods (designs, templates, etc.) are delivered electronically. Accessing the download link constitutes delivery.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD. Your bank may apply conversion fees if you are paying in a different currency.
  • Payment Security: We use encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. International Shipping and Customs

  • Delivery: We ship internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Digital Products Usage License

When you purchase a digital product from CUIR MODA, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the digital files. All intellectual property remains the property of Prime Load LLC.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Physical Goods: Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Digital Goods: Due to the non-tangible nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Prime Load LLC and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall CUIR MODA, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
