Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

At CUIR MODA, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our leather apparel and the quality of our digital products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Physical Products (Leather Jackets): You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once an item has shipped, the standard Return Policy applies.
  • Digital Products: Cancellation is only possible if the download link has not been accessed or sent. Once the digital file is delivered or downloaded, the sale is final.
  • How to Cancel: Email support@cuirmoda.com with your Order Number and the subject line “Order Cancellation.”

2. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for our physical leather products.

  • Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your leather jacket must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective coverings attached.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return.

3. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, CUIR MODA does not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us for a replacement link.

4. Return Shipping (International)

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective leather jacket, please contact us immediately at (512) 880-2673 or support@cuirmoda.com with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for verified defects.
