1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! CUIR MODA ships to almost every country globally, including North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
Where do you ship from? All of our premium leather apparel is handcrafted and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Pakistan, a world-renowned hub for high-quality leather craftsmanship.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing: 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping: 4 to 10 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time typically ranges between 10 to 17 business days.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? As we ship internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Leather & Sizing
How do I choose the right size? We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest and shoulders accurately before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit over clothing.
Is the leather genuine? Absolutely. We use 100% genuine sheepskin, cowhide, or goatskin leather depending on the jacket style. Because we use natural hides, slight variations in texture and color are a sign of authenticity.
How should I care for my leather jacket?
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or direct sunlight.
- Use a professional leather cleaner for stains.
- Store your jacket on a padded hanger to maintain its shape.
3. Digital Products
How do I receive my digital download? Once your payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent instantly to your registered email address. You can also access your files through your CUIR MODA account dashboard.
Can I return a digital product? Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
4. Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window for physical leather jackets. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order enters our production/processing phase and cannot be cancelled.
