1. Processing Time

Because each of our leather jackets undergoes a final quality inspection before being packed:

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Custom Orders: If you have requested a custom size or modification, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for tailoring.
  • Digital Products: Digital goods are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation and do not require processing time.

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers

All physical goods are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Pakistan. We partner with leading global logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Primary Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

3. International Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: 4–7 business days.
  • UK & Europe: 3–6 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10 to 15 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Since we ship worldwide from Pakistan, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: All customs fees, tariffs, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: CUIR MODA is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

5. Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international leather shipments, as a signature is often required upon delivery for security.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cuirmoda.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
